How it works

The 30-day movement challenge involves taking at least one class at Dharma Movement Company a day for 30 days.  You can take any kind of class whether its Yoga, Pilates, Movement or Acroyoga.

Joining the challenge is easy! Just email us at info@dharmamovementcompany.com to let us know you want to join the challenge.

If you miss a day no worries. You can make it up by taking two classes another day.

The challenge is free. You just need to pay the price of your membership. Students who are new to Dharma Movement Company are eligible for our New Student Deals which include One Month Unlimited for $69 or 3 Months Unlimited for $180

Set an Intention

We recommend setting an intention for yourself when you join. Ask yourself why you want to join the challenge and what is your goal? Writing down goals and intentions are shown to increase the chances of sticking to a goal. To go even further add some accountability. Email us when you register and tell us about your intention or tell a friend. Let them know what you’re doing and ask them to help keep you accountable! You might be more motivated on those days when you’re tired or busy if you know someone is holding you to it.

If you want to move more, get healthier and create more positive change in your life then the 30-day movement challenge can help you get there. Once you’re done you’ll have formed new habits and be more likely to continue your movement practice regularly.
